Have you tried using the Gradient Editor as a way to customize Photoshop’s default gradients? Before you can do this you must have a good working knowledge of Photoshop’s Gradient Tool if you want to be able to make the most of the possibilities. This simply means you have to be able to master the editing options. A little practice and you should be editing great pics in a breeze. Start off, by selecting the Gradient Tool and then clicking on the gradient preview in the options bar. This will open Gradient Editor. On the opened Gradient Editor, you will see several preset gradients. You can choose the default Foreground, the Background gradient or even the more complex Chrome gradient. You can edit the preset gradients and design new ones. Modify a gradient by changing the color stops. You can click on an image or a sample color for your customized gradient. Practice is the best way to get things right and to master them. Give it a try then.
